Call for Papers
We welcome scientific conference papers and research posters focused on SMART AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENTS at the SHE International Conference. Share your insights, findings, and innovations contributing to a healthier and more inclusive living. This event provides a unique opportunity to not only share your insights, findings, and innovations contributing to a healthier and more enjoyable living experience but also to interact with researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in the field of smart and healthy living.
Blind Peer Review:
All contributions undergo a blind peer review process, ensuring the highest scientific standards. Accepted papers will be compiled in a book of proceedings, offering a platform to showcase research to a global audience.

- Deadline full papers: April 15, 2024 (Extended deadline!)
You can present your paper on-site or online. On May 16, we will organize an online conference day as well in addition to the on-site days. This provides the opportunity to present your work in an online session. When registering to the conference, you can choose the option for this online conference day.

GUIDELINES FOR CONFERENCE PAPERS
- Full paper should be written in English
- Title: try to be concise
- Abstract: maximum of 200 words; including background and aim, research methods, most important results, and conclusion
- Keywords: maximum of 5 keywords
- The length of the paper: 3.000 words (maximum), excluding references and tables
- Paper structure: introduction, methodology, results and analysis, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments, references

GUIDELINES FOR EXTENDED ABSTRACTS
- Extended abstracts should be written in English
- Title: try to be concise
- Elements: introduction with background and aim, methodology, important results, discussion and conclusion
- The length of the extended abstract: 1.000 words (maximum), excluding references
- Keywords: maximum of 5 keywords

GUIDELINES FOR POSTERS
- Posters should be written in English

- Font size: approximately 24
